STC manufactures single silicon crystalization and sells wafer types for semiconductor materials. Primarily, STC manufactures 4 to 6-inch sizes from single crystalization to polished wafers production all thru in 1 plant. Since STC manufactures a single crystalized ingot by own, STC can provide all the customers' characteristics.
1. Single Crystal

- Single crystal growth : CZ(FZ)
- Diameter : 4,5,6,(8) inch
- Dopant : B, Phos, Sb, (As)
- Crystal Orientation : <100>、<111>、<110>
Resistivity : Light doped 0.1 ~ 40.0 ohm-cm Heavy doped 0.001 ~ 0.1 ohm-cm
- Oxygen Concentration : 10-18x10E17 atoms/cm3 (ASTM FM121-79)
- Carbon Concentration : ≤5×10E16 atoms/cm3
- OSF：≤50 pcs/cm2
2. Several wafer types
- Polished Wafer(PW)
- Small roughness, high flatness, high cleaness type wafer by polishing process
- Etched Wafer(CW)
- To make the surface smooth by chemical etching
- Lapped Wafer(LW)
- To make the surface better smooth and to make good flatness
