Inspection

STC's inspection is for certifing quality of our products.

Material inspection

STC picks up sample wafers from single crystalized ingot and inspect for crystal defects or resistivity range.

CW, PW inspection

To remove particles by cleaning, then to inspect by visually and by mechanically.
In order to make final quality assuarance before shipping, STC checks surface defects by visual inspection, and checks flatness, resistivity,
particles, and conductivity, etc, by inspection tools.
